For the general comfort, security, and safety of all our hotel guests, please be advised of the following:

• Over and above the maximum capacity per room category (including bed-down), a corresponding charge of Php 1,500.00 nett per extra person/bed per room per night shall apply.
• All minors (aged 18 years old and below) are required to be accompanied by their parent/s or legal guardian, who must be the principal person to register at the reception counter.
• In Room Photoshoot Fee - An additional of Php 5,000.00 on top of the room rate shall apply if the guest will use the room for wedding or debut preparation.
• The maximum number of adult occupants allowed in the room are as follows:
  • (2) TWO PERSONS for Studio Superior, Studio Deluxe, & One Bedroom Deluxe.
  • (3) THREE PERSONS for Studio Triple Deluxe and One Bedroom Triple.
  • (4) FOUR PERSONS for 1 Bedroom Premier and 2 Bedroom Superior.
• Each room can accommodate (1) one extra bed at Php 1,500.00 per night.
• Children under the age of 12 years old are allowed per room free of charge; a child over this age is considered an adult, and corresponding charges will apply.

PARKING

• Limited complimentary parking slots only. This is given to all guests on a first come, first served basis.

VISITORS

• All visitors must register at the Front Desk by presenting proper identification.
• Visiting hours are until 11:00 PM only.
• The maximum numbers of visitors allowed in the room are as follows:
  • (2) TWO VISITORS for Studio Superior, Studio Deluxe Twin, & One Bedroom Deluxe.
  • (3) THREE VISITORS for Studio Triple Deluxe & One Bedroom Triple Deluxe.
  • (4) FOUR VISITORS for Studio Quadruple, One Bedroom Premier & Two Bedroom Superior.
• By 11:00 PM, only the maximum allowable registered guests can stay in the guest rooms. Any visitors staying beyond 11:00 PM will be charged Php 1,500.00 nett per person.
• Only registered guests are allowed to use the hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and gym.

CORKAGE FEES & ADDITIONAL REQUEST ITEMS

• Additional amenities outside the standard room setup will be charged accordingly.
• Corkage fees shall be applied to all alcoholic beverages in excess of NORMAL consumption (3 cans/bottles of beer per person and 1 bottle of 700ml to 1,000ml of wine or any other alcohol per room).
• Rates for excess:
  • Php 500.00 per bottle for 700ml to 1,000ml.
  • Php 100.00 per bottle/can ranging from 300ml to 500ml.
• Outside food deliveries will be allowed for normal consumption in the room. Outside catering will not be permitted.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

• ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING. A penalty fee of PHP 5,000.00 nett will be charged to the guest if an occupant smokes in a non-smoking room/floor.

RESTRICTIONS

• NO PARTY POLICY – For security reasons and as a courtesy to other guests, parties are not allowed in the hotel rooms.
• Gambling, illegal substances, and activities are strictly prohibited inside the rooms and within the hotel premises.
• All visitors must be registered at the Front Desk by presenting proper identification. Visiting hours are strictly until 11:00 PM only.
• Misuse of room has a penalty of PHP 2,500.00.
• No outside catering services inside the guestrooms.
• Reconfiguration of the room’s furniture and fixtures, including bed down, is not allowed (fine: Php 1,000.00 per bed).
• No Pets (like dogs, cats, birds, roosters).
• Videoke/Magic Sing/Karaoke devices, musical instruments, party poppers, balloons, and bringing in confetti are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED.
• Storage of Durian, Marang, or any fruits with an unpleasant odor is prohibited.

DRESS CODE

• All guests are required to dry off before using the elevator to their respective floor levels. Failure to comply is subject to a PHP 5,000.00 penalty fee.
• All guests are required to wear proper swimming attire when using the swimming pool (swimsuit, board shorts, and rash guard).
• All guests must bring their towels when using the swimming pool.
• For safety reasons, the pool is limited to a maximum of 10 people at a time.

HOTEL KEY CARDS

• Please return the key card to the Front Desk upon check-out.
• A fee of Php 500.00 will be charged for each lost key card.

DISCLAIMER

• The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or send out guests/visitors as deemed necessary.
• Any damage inside the room and/or misuse of the room will be charged accordingly.
